The Pilates Clinic offers a variety of options.
Based in Wimbledon, we offer a variety of Pilates classes and private sessions to suit all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced Pilates enthusiasts.
Aimed at those who already have a base level understanding of Pilates and who are looking for something a little more challenging.
We also offer a Beginner group class for those who are beginners to Reformer but not beginners to Pilates.
Offering the next best thing to a private session. The structure of the class and the equipment used, mirror a private session but you share the instructor with one other person.
Private one-on-one Pilates sessions address your personal needs You receive full one to one attention to assess your needs and ensure your continued progress.
These classes are multilevel, but not recommended for total beginners, and definitely not if there are injuries, as they are not gentle in their nature.
If you want to come along with your partner, child, parent or friend to share a session together, please book a duet session, so that you share with someone you know. Booking it this way is cheaper than each buying a semi private so is perfect for couples who want to come together.
Private one-on-one ONLINE Pilates sessions address your personal needs and use whatever equipment you have at home.
